The Huawei HR Directors shared their experiences in working internationally for Huawei, and provided valuable insights into challenges in the workplace from cross-cultural perspectives. The underlining importance of cultural sensitivity for effective and successful collaboration in today's diverse work environment has underpinned the relevance and timeliness of setting cross-cultural competences as the core curricular of the MAS programme.
